To shop with RACHEL JONES you need to:

  • Be at least 16 years old;
  • Have a debit or credit card that we accept;
  • Be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Some of the goods sold through our website(s) may not be suitable for under 18’s. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you. The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on www.racheljonesartist.co.uk. The images and the products offered for sale on www.racheljonesartist.co.uk. may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors.

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order). Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication – by RACHEL JONES – of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, RACHEL JONES will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price. The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

RACHEL JONES owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not permitted to use the RACHEL JONES logo or any RACHEL JONES brand or trademark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission. It’s fine for you to link to www.racheljonesartist.co.uk, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

RACHEL JONES Information

When you complete a purchase on www.racheljonesartist.co.uk, you enter a contract with RACHEL JONES which supplies the product. We provide a platform which we trade our products to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to RACHEL JONES for that order.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking on the ‘Confirm and Pay”’ button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

English is the language used for the contract with RACHEL JONES and our respective partner’s, customers and staff.

After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by RACHEL JONES nor does a contract between RACHEL JONES and the customer exist at this point in time.

RACHEL JONES’s acceptance of your order will take place when the we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and RACHEL JONES.

The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, you are obligated to pay off the total price of the artwork as per the agreed timeframe.
